Registration fee will be refunded after 50% deduction towards administrative and operational charges.
No refund will be applicable.
Delegates may transfer their registration to another eligible fellow/delegate with prior written approval from the EVAS 2026 Organizing Committee. Transfer is allowed, but no monetary refund will be issued.
In case EVAS 2026 is cancelled due to unavoidable or force majeure circumstances, participants will receive a 90% refund of the registration amount.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via bank transfer to the participant's registered account.
